Permissions: Mind Control/Reading Stuff

So, as shown in The Force Awakens, Kylo Ren has a powerful affinity with the dark side of the Force, which allows him to (among other things) dig around in people's heads to get information he's looking for. It's a process that looks none too pleasant, even when he's not deliberately trying to cause (extra) pain. In addition to that, it's fairly likely he's able to use the Force power known as a mind trick as well, though he probably uses it less frequently. He can also use the Force to cause people to fall unconscious.

Is it okay for Kylo to use mind probes on this character?: Yes, but I would definitely appreciate the heads up beforehand.
Is it okay for Kylo to use mind tricks on this character?: Yes. China is far from weak-minded and Himaruya (creator of Hetalia) seems to hint that the countries have a greater capacity of mind than humans, so Kylo Ren may have to really concentrate to get it to work, but that can be put up for discussion.

Is it alright to include TFA spoilers in Kylo's tags with this character?: I've seen the movie, so yes!
