So, as shown in The Force Awakens, Kylo Ren has a powerful affinity with the dark side of the Force, which allows him to (among other things) dig around in people's heads to get information he's looking for. It's a process that looks none too pleasant, even when he's not deliberately trying to cause (extra) pain. In addition to that, it's fairly likely he's able to use the Force power known as a mind trick as well, though he probably uses it less frequently. He can also use the Force to cause people to fall unconscious.

China is far from weak-minded and Himaruya (creator of Hetalia) seems to hint that the countries have a greater capacity of mind than humans, so Kylo Ren may have to really concentrate to get it to work, but that can be put up for discussion.

Is it okay for Kylo to use mind probes on this character?: As long as you warn me ahead of time he's welcome to try, but Syrlya is an illusionist with a similar mind-manipulating skill set, so expect a lot of resistance.
Is it okay for Kylo to use mind tricks on this character?: Again he can totally try but Syr will be pretty aware that something's off so it'll be really hard to pull off successfully unless Syr's having a really off day. He's also got a strong will to boot.

Canonly it's been used against her only once while she was essentially doing the same thing to someone else so she'll... possibly be able to recognize its happening but she has no defenses against it. Just be warned that Yuri's mind is a rather, er, dark place HAHA bc she's taken on the death memories/suicides of a lot of people and she's canonly supposed to be walking on this edge of dying/living, dark/light so i mean. Have fun Kylo. TBH you don't even really have to ask, I don't care in the slightest just let me know if/when you'll use it so I can provide.

Oh boy oh boy, someone else who is also in a weird spot with dark and light. That'll be interesting for them if it ever comes up.

It'll be really interesting because Yuri is pretty neutral one way or the other. Like her two endings in canon reflect it too bc one involves her embracing the more 'light' side and its' like, bright beach and sunlight and water/rejuvenation. And the other is her literally falling from a cliff and embracing darkness and falling through this dark water forever sort of thing.

He's built up a sort of passive resistance due to his companions being able to read surface thoughts but an actual concentrated effort should break through it easily. Beyond that he's got a pretty high capacity for willpower so if he catches him on a good day it'll be a struggle.
Is it okay for Kylo to use mind tricks on this character?: Again, high capacity for willpower, and he performs well under threat to boot. He is more than welcome to try but I (or you) may have to RNG its effectiveness.
