Anything physical that requires all of your focus and energy. Something that challenges you. It doesn't have to put you in mortal danger.

If I put my mind to it, I'm more than capable! I did design Starkiller Base and ensure its eventual completion. [Building a house or furniture is nothing in comparison!]
