i know you don't want to hurt anyone. but that's just what happens sometimes, especially with all of the things we're getting from retrospec, and you can make up for it when it happens.
first, don't take it so hard. then try to work through it so it doesn't keep happening, and get whatever help you need. be patient with yourself about it, as well.
but buying lunch would probably be a good start.
