It was a relief that Ren was actually listening to him without fighting the whole way. Definitely made this a whole lot easier and ensured that he'd get medical attention soon rather than later. His facial wound still looked bad, but it didn't seem to be any worse or infected. Just for that, Hux was able to relax just a little bit.

Hux was close to chastising him for shoving the nurses away and it was only because Ren started to undress himself that the general kept his words in. While he disliked him and found him childish most of the time, Hux wasn't about to start an argument or be even more difficult right now. Ren was injured and his recovery was actually a priority for Hux. Therefore, he could be professional and distant despite any irritation he might feel.

Once Ren was disrobed, Hux started to pull his arm away from him.
