She's seen him cook before, and she knows it's something he's both good at and likes doing, but it's still something that both surprises and interests her. Both her and Han aren't the greatest chefs (passable, yes, but she has a hard time imagining them not letting a droid cook most of the time back home), so it's interesting how Ben picked this hobby up.]
