The question is not an unexpected one. Not with how Ren obviously felt about harming others while he had been possessed. Though it does bring a bit of a pause from the Jedi as he gathers his thoughts on the matter.

"Yes, I did."

Though he had fortunately kept the spirit from actually killing anyone. Though there had been a few close calls for sure.

"I hurt the Natsume boy, and a froggish fellow. I also almost killed another young man. Fortunately, Anakin was able to stop me."

While he didn't quite have the same burden that Kylo Ren had, Obi-Wan did feel guilt at having hurt his friends. Natsume and Frog would most certainly have scars from the lightsaber wounds he had inflicted. Permanent reminders of what he had done.
